DNA Logix-Canada is the exclusive licensee of the Co-Dx™ assays for Zika, dengue, chikungunya, West Nile, yellow fever, and Japanese encephalitis. DNA Logix-Canada is also an authorized licensee of the Co-Dx™ assay for malaria.

The Co-Dx™ line of PCR assays was created, developed, and manufactured by Co-Diagnostics Inc to be faster, more affordable, and more accurate than existing assays. Co-Dx™ assays are ISO 13485:2016 certified and currently available as Research Use Only, with CE marking application submissions under way.


CoPrimers™ are sixth-generation probes for real-time PCR and are the latest innovation from Dr. Brent Satterfield and Co-Diagnostics, providing the most potent and advanced reagents available today. CoPrimers™ enhance the speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness of PCR.

CoPrimers™ greatly eliminate the formation of primer dimers, a bane to test designers, which occur when errors are amplified during the PCR process, causing false positives and negatives.  CoPrimers™ are most effective at eliminating primer dimers when running multiple PCR tests simultaneously (multiplexing).


RapidProbe tests contain a sixth-generation mathematically-engineered probe design for real-time PCR. They increase probe accuracy while reducing design complexity and expense. A RapidProbe™ assay is faster than those built on fourth generation Tentacle Probes™ and far less expensive, and up to 200 times faster than hairpin probes.  Highly sensitive, RapidProbe™ assays can detect even a single virus in a DNA sample. RapidProbe™ brings the quencher and fluorophore into close proximity. When the probe initiates hybridization, it “unzips,” creating a brighter signal than standard probes. The brighter probes translate to higher accuracy and lower-cost detection equipment.
